असली ईंट की पहचान कैसे करें? — 5 आसान तरीके

Construction में सबसे ज़रूरी है — quality bricks। नकली या low-quality bricks structure को कमज़ोर बनाती हैं। यहाँ 5 simple tests हैं जो कोई भी कर सकता है।

1. Ring Test (ठोकर टेस्ट) 🔔

दो ईंटें आपस में टकराएं। असली first class ईंट से clear metallic ring आती है — "टन्न" की आवाज़।

❌ अगर dull "थड्ड" की आवाज़ आए, तो ईंट under-burnt या low quality है।

2. Water Absorption Test 💧

ईंट को 24 घंटे पानी में भिगोएं। फिर वज़न करें।

✅ Good brick: 20% से कम water absorption ❌ Bad brick: 20% से ज़्यादा water absorption

First class ईंट: 15-17% absorption Second class: 18-20% Third class: 22-25%

3. Colour Test 🎨

✅ Good: Deep, uniform red colour — evenly fired ❌ Bad: Yellow patches, black spots, uneven colour — firing issues

Chaudhary Bricks की अव्वल ईंट हमेशा uniform deep red होती है।

4. Shape & Size Test 📏

✅ Good: Sharp edges, uniform size, flat surfaces ❌ Bad: Rounded edges, irregular sizes, warped surfaces

Stack 20 bricks — they should form a straight, even line।

5. Scratch Test 💅

Fingernail से ईंट को scratch करें।

✅ Good: No mark — well-fired, hard surface ❌ Bad: Easy to scratch — under-burnt, soft

सबसे important: Look for the cylindrical चौधरी engraving। Original Chaudhary brick पर: - Cylindrical (गोल) cavity — not diamond-shaped ◇ - चौधरी spelling with औ की मात्रा — not ओ - Deep, clear engraving — not shallow or blurred

अगर engraving cylindrical नहीं है, तो नकली है! Diamond-shaped engraving वाली ईंटें imitations हैं।
